14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for both subscription plans and credit packs, provided usage of the purchased credits has been minimal or none. This reflects our commitment to a fair, low-friction trial of the service.
Effect of consumed credits
Because each action consumes a defined number of credits, credits already used at the time of your refund request may reduce the refundable amount on a pro-rata basis, or — when consumption is significant — make the purchase non-refundable. We always apply this assessment in good faith.
Individual review
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and the circumstances of the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Approval of a refund may result in partial or full revocation of the credits associated with the refunded purchase.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate the transaction, or write to rafaelatencia053@gmail.com with your order reference. We will coordinate with Paddle to issue the refund to your original payment method.
